We Will Always Love You will act as The Avalanches’ third full-length record, with the Australian act famously taking a 16 year absence between their two prior albums Since I Left You and Wildflower.

While there’s no solid release date as of yet, the group have teased the record’s imminent release with the unveiling of its artwork on Instagram, designed by noted Australian graphic artist Johnathan Zawada. The Avalanches also credited Ann Druyan, the Creative Director for the Voyager Golden Record Project, as the person appearing on the cover, describing the process used to create the spectographic image.

Describing the record as an “exploration of the vibrational journey between light, sound and spirit”, The Avalanches confirmed that pre-orders for We Will Always Love You would go live within a week, with more details expected to arrive shortly.
